Bridge of Courage and Kite Across a River

In a river town a couple separated by a swollen stream watch each other from opposite banks as heavy rain floods the area. A young man builds a cable bridge using a kite and wire, aided by locals, to cross to his beloved. The daring crossing succeeds, sparks fly, and the pair celebrate with a public spectacle and a makeshift bridge that connects both shores.
