Moorecroft, an Acton landmark and former home of H P Moore and family, has been sold to W J Beatty secretary treasurer of Beardmore Co. The Beattys will take possession next week as E J Moore moves to Toronto. The house and grounds span three fifths of an acre with eight rooms, red brick construction, and a slate roof built in 1907 by H P Moore editor of Triars Papas.
