Ratepayers Oppose Apartment Plan. Committee Denies Variances
A local committee of adjustment rejected variances for Gito to build a two story apartment on Lots 10 11 and 12 Plan 599 Longfield Road. The plan faced strong opposition from 145 ratepayers who signed a petition citing parking and street impact concerns. The decision notes the site fails setback and lot size rules though the building would be masonry and set back from the street.
