Right Leg Fractured in Saturday Accident
Stanley Aitcheson, 17, suffered eight fractures to the right leg and severe bruising when a car he rode on the running board was struck by a large truck owned by John Williamson. The collision occurred near Frederick Street with all involved being Beardmore and Co. employees. He was treated at St Joseph's Hospital in Guelph, where doctors inserted a plate to stabilize the crushed bones and projected no amputation. Chief Harrop investigated. other occupants were unharmed.
