Traffic safety rules for children and drivers

A community message urges shared traffic safety responsibility. It instructs parents and teachers to teach children to look both ways, stay clear of parked cars, ride bikes safely, obey signs, use safe play areas, walk on curbs, and face traffic where sidewalks are absent. Local businesses are listed in a long ad block.
