Obituary of Miss Harai Hinclair in Barriy
The Meath of Mias Harah Hinclair died last Saturday at the home of her sister Mrs. Vannatter in Barriy after two years of poor health. She was a daughter of the late Duncan Hinelair of Erin and had resided in Acton for years with many friends. She leaves Mrs. Vannatter and relatives Alexander of Altarycon and Maledim in Brin township. A Presbyterian, she was buried at Providence Cemetery after a Monday-arrival service conducted by Rev. N. Waddelyot Ballinatad.

First Annual Central Ontario Ladies Bowling Meet
The Acton Athletic Association greens hosted the first Central Ontario Ladies Bowling Association tournament last Thursday. Twenty-two teams from Brantford Stratford Weston High Park Kew Beach Oakville Milton Streetsville Georgetown Acton competed with three games per rink. Georgetown bowlers won two prizes for first place and High Park took the third. four first prizes four second prizes and four third prizes were awarded.
