Reach Agreement To Resume Sewers

Acton Man Retires After 42 Years With Railways
John Lovell retired from Canadian National Railways in Toronto after a 42 year career beginning as an apprentice fireman with Grand Trunk. He spent years as a locomotive engineer on Toronto routes before moving to Acton in 1936 with wife of 41 years and children Len Gordon and Mrs Cecil Gibbons of Exeter.
