Willy Rock of Georgetown trespassed on Willoughby preserves during the close trout season. He fished two hours before the end of the season, was chased by officers, and pleaded guilty in Acton. Magistrate Moore fined him 25 dollars plus costs and imposed two months in jail in default. Willoughby pursued trespass and theft charges but forgave further action if Rock and companions desist and respect the law.
