Bishop Clark Dies After Long Illness at 77
Right Rev. William Ried Clark, bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Niagara, died Saturday night at his Hamilton home aged 77 after a period of illness. He served clergy and laity for decades, led Niagara since 1911, and was nearing the diocese jubilee. He leaves a widow, five daughters, one son in Detroit, seven grandchildren, and a memorial service will be held at St. Alban's Acton.
