Plans and specs available August 4, 1913 from R A Payne Aldergrove S B S S Pletcher New Westminster and Public Works Victoria. Ten dollar plan fee. tender must include 10 percent bank security.
A dated August 1 1913 public works notice from Victoria British Columbia states tenders are invited with bids enclosed in furnished envelopes. The lowest bid may not be accepted and the signature of Ulid Lendyrer is mentioned. J B Griffith Public Works Engineer signs the notice.
