The telegram came Sun day at noon from the war department and only stated the last as above. Hlt;- has j made the supreme saeriiiee and his sorrowing friends and relatives mourn his loss and honor the memory of a brave soldier whose battles are over and whose duty was nobly done.Ralph E. Rodocker was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Rodocker of Madison township. He was educated in the Frankfort schools. Last March Jie married Miss r.crdcua Swackhawer, daughter of Mr. and^ M-vgr. Kd Swackhamer Prior to his marriage he was drafted into the service of his country and on March 29th he left w ith the Clin ton County increment for Camp Taylbr. He left Camp Taylor in May for overseas service, and in less than three months from the time he left his home and v. ■ ;e, he was landed in the front line tranches in France.Besides the wife, lie leave:, a mother, father, two sisters, Lillian andHelen, and one brother. Corp. Cletis Rodocker, also in the service, to mourn his death.Memorial services for the deceased will be held at the Mulberry churchSunday afternoon. —S3--
