A force was sent out to meet the supposed enemy, who tamed out to consist of Old Dan Dusky and ten or twelve other guerrillas. Our soldiers pnr-sued Old Dao and succeeded In killing one of his squad, a notorious rebel by the name of Pomeroy.r
