Despite the fact that this is “fair week” and a really important event in North Manchester, Mrs. Dunbar is finding enough time to get out and stir up her workers in getting the questionnaires out. Mrs. Oliver is working over the telephone and through her captains and lieutenants and plans to have her entire district closed up within a week or 10 days. There is one gold star in her district, that for Claude Wilcox. There are six in the North Manchester aird Chester township section*Mrs. W. N.
