Russell.Today the Eighteenth United States Infantry left Manila on board a government transport to the United States and will arrived in San Francisco In about a month. The regiment will not bo held long at the Presidio, but will be transported to the destination battalions.The regmental headquarters will bo •it Fort Russell which will include the colonel of the regiment, the staff, band and at least one battalicn of soldiers. It is expected the troops will be here within about five weeks.--o---
