RECTOR RINGS BELL; JOINED BY SOLDIER■When new* of the capitulation of Italy wit received yesterday, the Rev. Dr. Walter Byron Stehl, rector of St. John’* Episcopal Church, rushed from the rectory to the church to ring the bell for victory,..Just after entering, Corporal Bradford from i nearby camp, arrived to inspect the church and was greeted by Dr. Stehl who told him of the good news,The soldier Immediately offered to assist In the bell ringing and the beautiful notes were wsfted over the air, symbolizing the fall of Italy.Later, the two knelt In prayer and thanked God for the Allied victory._ . . ,J_GREAT TASK AHEAD,
