Public •firms!INFERIOR COURT, Jnly Term, 18GT.IN view of the want of arum for equipping oar soldiers who are now iu the service ot the country, and those who arc proposing to go into the service; and lor the purpose ol co-operating with his Excellency the Governor in his effort to collect the pnMic arms which remain unreiurued iu the possession ot citizens,Ir is ordered by the Court, that the citizens of this county arc requested to return any public arms especially old muskets—to Aug. 1*. Jeruiguii,Clerk of the Superior Couri, and the Constables of the respective Districts are hereby requested to codec' such arms an I deliver them to the Clerk, in conformity to the proclamation ot the Governor.It is further oraered, that this order be published in the Ceutr.d Gcorgiau tor two mouths.July 24, 1*61 30-2m
