The background will be heavily pebbled and finished in u gold statuary. The sea! and letter- j ing will be raised about 3-32 of an inch above the background and each letter will be hand tooled. A hand tooled raised border 3-6 of an inch wide surrounds the tablet. The tab-'lets are heavily lacquered to prevent tarnishing.a1«i*J
