Hostesses for the afternoon are Mesdames Clarence Gorman. R. E. Hutton, Arthur Wood and ClaraHammond.A plea is being made in the community for additional rags for carpets as well as empty spools. Both the rags and spools go tothe Veterans hospital at Knoxville. The men make the strips into carpets and the spools intofurniture pieces.
