I Tuesday morning from a two .weeks stay in Dallas, visiting relatives and attending the fair.Chas. I. Bedford of Plains, came down Monday on a business trip. He was accompanied by his daughter, Mrs. Dick Free, who .will spend several days visiting relatives and shopping in the city. N.:Miss Mattie Gray, of Lynn, spent Tuesday in town with friends, returning home Wednesday morning.Dr. and Mrs. C. J. Wagner and children returned Tuesday from the north where they have been for the past several weeks. The town of Lubbock and surrounding country welcome these estimable people home again for- they have been sorely missed. The doctor .had no sooner landed’' when his. services were required in the operating room of the sanitarium, where tie is connected. “Mother” Wagner accompanied them home and will spend several weeks recuperating.
