Wednesday for entrance in various hranches of the United States Naval Service, officers at the Dubuque Naval recruiting station reported.One of the men, John Frederick, GotsehaM, 28. son of Mr. and Mrs. George P. GotsehaM, 1058 Locust Street, obtained the highest grade ever accorded by the Dubuque station on the IQ tests. His record-breaking score was 96 out of a possible 100, the officers said.
