Many pilotssmcitr.Road ‘Link’ Discussion To Be HeldThe Joint Action Committee of the Chicago Motor Club Area councils will meet Tuesday in a Gary restaurant to investigate a new plan for getting the state to expedite construction of the “missing link” in the Chicago-Indiana-Detroit expressway system.The Joint Action Committee is made up of members of the Gary-Northwestern Indiana and Calu*members, through membership in the organization, become eligible for many scholarships to universities and colleges.The group takes part in regularly scheduled simulated air rescue missions in conjunction with the U.S. Air Force.
