Soldier Riles To Be SundayFuneral services for Pvt. Sari 1 Sanders, 21, of Rhodell, who was killed in action in Korea, April 4. will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the Rhodell Church of God. The Rev. Everett R, Shaffer will officiate.Burial will be made in tbe American Legion plot of Wildwood Cemetery, Beckley.The body arrived Thursday from the battlefront and was taken to the Robertson and Fo~ glesong Funeral Home in Mullens.It will be removed to the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Coy Sanders, in Rhodell, at 3 p.m. Saturday.Pvt. Sanders was recalled to service from a reserve status on Oct. 21, 1950. He had previously served 18 months with the armed j forces in Japan and the Far East.} He arrived in Korea front line : action on Jan. 3 and was assigned to the First Calvary, Second Battalion, Fifth Regiment. jSurviving besides his parents, are: two brothers; Bobby Jean a student at Concord College; and Douglas, and four sisters. Raynell,; Juanita, Colette and Patricia, all : at home.
