Mr. Todd is an experienced and registered druggist. is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, having received the degree. Bachelor of Pharmacy, in the year 391G. He came here in April l.°20 and assumed the management of the Todd store and has made rapid and a successful stride in the drug business here. lie recently copvwright-ed a formula for a headache capsule which according to government chemists. cannot be equalled.After a sojurn of eight or ten days in Now York, Mr. and Mrs. Todd will L return to Frostburg, where thev ex- ML pect to take up their residence.
