During the week reports continued 1 piling in of towns, cities and communities going over the top. The last available report from district headquarters, Monday night, however, gave no further counties as having subscribed their full quotas. Very few counties will have to solicit more than 26 per cent of their quotas, as the people have made volunteer subscriptions which will average 76 per cent of the quota for the State.The railroad employees have pledged over |300,D00 and have shown a great deal of enthusiasm in the drive. The workmen engaged in the con-, structioa of the picric acid plant at Little ltock subscribed for more than 1100,000.
