Sgt, William Nolan and Sgt. Lewis Wallisch who were liberated from Osaka prison camp expect to be in Fort Sheridan in about a week, they told their parents when they telephoned home Monday, The two members of the 192nd Tank battalion landed in San Francisco Monday and both are in Letterman General hospital for the present. The two men told their parents that they are in good health.Pfc. Boyd Riese, who was freed Sept 7 from Kamioka, is due to reach San Francisco today, accord-, ing to a war department wire which has reached his parents. They also received a letter he wrote Oct. 3, in which he stated that he was -“okeh” and had left Manila Sept. 20.
