Yohe, John Yoke, Christian /Yohe, E-lixabelh.intermarried with Jacob Goo* mel, Michael Yohe, Catharine Yohe, Peter Yohe, Eli Yohe, and Mary Yohe, the three last named of whom are still in their minorit y—-t haar^will he held on Monday the 5th day of November next, on a certain Plantation and Tract of Land, situate in Hamilton township, Adams county, bounded by lands of Jacob Bear, John Brown, Henry Mummer! and others, containing a-bout Forty Acres, more or less, with the appurtenances—to make partition thereof to k among all the Heirs andLegal Representatives of said deceased, if the same will admit of such partition without prejudice to or spoiling the whole ; but if the same will not admit of such partition, then to part k divide the same to and among as many of them as the same will conveniently accommodate; but if the'same will not admit of division at all, without prejudice to or spoiling the whole, then to value and appraise’the whole undivided.WM.
