DRAFT BOARD . HAS TO WAITAN KHE, Met Nam (UPI) —Sgt. Custer Watts of the U.S. Army 1st Cavalry Division, a Normandy D-Day veteran who wears two Silver Stars and three Purple Hearts and now serves as a combat platoon sergeant, said today he has received a stiff letter from his draft board in New Tazewell,Tenn.The board asked why Watts had not registered for the draft.Watts said he plans to ask the board to postpone his case untii he returns from Met Nam.
