Haley, county chairman of the bond compoign. with a statement showing members had sold a total of $272,734.Members of the post sold most of these bonds, many of them insmall denominations, in their evenings or on their days off. One member. Hymie Rubenstein. a mail carrier, retraced his route evenings in a one-man campaign. Since the First War Loan he has sold more than S9S.OOO worth of bonds and hopes to reach the $100,000 mark this month.The post’s bond selling activity was directed by a committee consisting of Albert Weinstein.
