The exercises of rhe dedication will take place at the National cemetery grounds. Governor Sanders will deliver an address and Mayor Bynum will speak on behalf of the city. Governor Draper and General Taylor, chairman of ihe Massachusetts monument commission, will de- ( liver addresses. The monument will i be unveiled by the daughter oE D. F. Kensington, sergeant-at-arms of Massachusetts, and by a daughter of the Confederacy, to be selected by the local chapter. The details of the program for November 15 will hecarefully worked out and the day will he a big one for Baton Rouge.
