Lieut. Will Douoan MissingMrs. Ida M. Dougan of this city received a cablegram thismorning from the British Gov- ,*ernment stating that her son, , Lieut. Will Lee Dougan, a member of the British Royal Flying ] Corps, was officially reported missing. Lieut. Dougan enlisted in Canada early in the war and has been in service for about four years, recently being engaged in flying a greater part of the time.Stanley Dougan, his brother, has been in the U. S. Transport service for some time as a clerk and has made several trips across.4
