Sarasota, will return soon to the United States for reassignment, it was announced today by headquarters of the American Graves Registration Command.Lt. Howard currently is assigned as graves registration and memorial officer of the Second Zone, AGC, with headquarters in Granville, France.The second zone of the AGRC is responsible in western France for the U.S. Army’s searching and cemeterial operations and its present program to return to the homeland those who died in World War II whose relatives request that it be done.A graduate of Sarasota High School in 1944, Lt.
