Under Arrest.—General A. P. Hill is said to, be under arrest for disobedience of orders, wheieby Meade’sarmy was enabled to make its es-%/cape, when its ca pture seemed a ma tter of absolute certainty. Gen. Hill is said to have been four hours behind time.—lb.
