Indianapolis Herald. The flag of the Twenty sixth Indiana regiment,lost at il/organza was voluntarilyreturned to the regiment four years ago, by the Texas regiment who captured it. After this generous action on the part of a Texas regi- j rnent would there be anything wrong in complying with the request made by the governor of Texas, for theflag captured from Terry’s Rangers?
