'The Women's Army Auxiliary Corps has set a record. WAACs may do better than set records in the future, but for the present they have made a fine score in war-sav-ings. •• *100% strong investing 10% of their pay. That’s the record of nearly every WAAC company in the training regiments at Fori IX*s Moines.The War Bond Officer of the 7th Service Command, Lt. Col. J, Francis McDermott, has been conducting the War Bond Sessions for the WAAC at Fort Des Moines. After his first visit to the Training Center, he wrote the following let*ei to WAAC Headquarters:4,Yopr Corps was the mosi understanding and appreciative audience X have yet addressed on War Bonds within or without the Army.
