Mayor Tom V. Moorehead yesterday announced plans for the organization of a Veterans' Service Council to help soldiers with their employment and other problemsArthur S. Roach, civilian defense co-ordinator in Zanesville was named to head the group, and wOl be assisted by men experienced in veterans’ affairs and the difficulties facing a soldier following his discharge.Also Invited to serve on the council axe: veterans groups—John Eradrick, from the American Legion: Edwin Miller, Veterans of Foreign Wars. Clinton Kramer, Disabled American Veterans, James Mitchell, United Spanish War Veterans; Joe Rathbun,Marine Corps League.Civilian defense organization, Graham Weaver and Carl Flowers; employer organizations. Howard Waugh; labor unions, Arthur ; Bischoff; legal profession, Atty.
