INDIANAPOLIS.Wilt of Senator Morton—ReqaeNt for Captured Regimental colors.Indianapolis, Nov. 10. — The will of Senator Morton has been admitted to probate. He leaves his entire estate to his wife, with the request thaVshe assist his sons in their education and otherwise, as they may need, and make vari-^ous presents to his relatives. He re* quests Jesse P. Siddell to act as attorney for the estate, and appoints his wife soleexecutrix, without bond.Governor WilliamB has received a communication from Governor Hubbard, of Texas, requesting that the colors of the Eighth Texas Regiment, known as the “Terry Rangers,” captured at the battle of Coosaville, Oct, 13, 1864, be returned to them. Col. Nail, of the Sev^ enteeth Indiana, whose regiment captured the colors, favor this request. Gov. Williams has referred the matter to the A.djutant General. It is believed that the colors will be returned.
