Iowa National Guard Officers.Df.s Moines, Nov. 7.—The board of national guard officers who have been named for the purpose of drafting a code of regulations for the guidance and movement of the Iowa national guard, will meet in Cedar Rapids next Monday ac cording to announcement by Adjutant General George GreenV'nrsuant to the authority conveyed by sac-tion 43, Ot the military code of Iowa, the following named officers are hereby constituted a board for the purpose of drafting a code of regulations for the guidance and government of the iowa national guard, under existing lawsMajor General George Greene, adjutant general.Brigadier General H.
