Three Denied CitizenshipHOUSTON, Nov. 5.-—W—-Three Germans and an Italian were denied citizenship in Federal court yesterday on the assertion of naturalization examiner Peter Fong that they lacked loyalty to the United States,Fung's recommendation was approved by Federal Judge T. M. Ken-ncrly,Two of the Germans were Identified as Gerhard Bt-ubbe, a salesman, now In an internment center* and Werner Ernst Seifert, an interior decorator, who was interned but is now on parole.The third German Is a carpenter and the Italian a housewife. All live or did live here. Neither the housewife nor the German carpenter has been arrested.— — -
