PIONEER DIES.A pioneer resident of Ventura county, Joseph Yam*/., of Ventura, passed away this morning at f# o'clock in Von- [ tufa. He was Hip brother of Mrs, Charles I.loyd. and of Fred Vanes, of jOxnard and is also ,-urvfved by his j ^ mother Mrs. F Vanes of Ventura, his i widow, three married sons, a married daughter, and six children ::t home. ' Funeral arrangements have not been J completed.; Mr. Vanez has been ill for sometime and his death was nor unex petted.
