May 19. The Saturday evening previous, Dr. Fraser sustained a stroke which paralysed his left-side. A second stroke coming just four days later caused complete paralysis and his death came the following night.Bom in Canada Dr. Fraser was bom of Scotch parentage April 10, 18TO, on Wolfe Island, Canada. Wolfe Island is one of the Thousand islands in ths St Lawrence river, north of New York state.
