Homeward BoundRaymond Ribak of Mulberrv ave-Hplnue has returned to his home aftermore than a year’s service overseas with the American expeditionary forces. Mr. Ribak was a member of the ordnance department. In France he served with the department in the motor transport corps In ammunition convoy attached to the 2$th division,Mr. Ribak narrowly escaped death on one trip to the front when an ammunition truck on which he was riding was blown up. Both the driver and Mr Ribak were hurled far by the explosion hut miraculously escaped injury. Following the signing of the armistice. Mr Kihak was stationed at Tours, where in addition to his military duties he was musical director at the Trianon theatre. He returned to this country via Marseilles and Gibraltar, the trip consuming nineteen da vs.
