We feel that they will have a better chance to prove their citizenship if they spread out and do not congregate in any particular area or city.* “As for work in this area, we will continue to provide farmers with temporary help but the opportunities for permanent relocation are small. The army has helped clear the camps by drafting over 3,000 evacuees In the last few months, and from one camp they are being taken at the rate of 150 a month/
