The Newsadvocated the dispatch immediately of the country'! best brains, money and munitions. #Repeatedly since that time the New* has sounded the warning that America s aid may reach Russia too late.It 1* now two months, almost to a day, since the j Russian revolution broke out—two months since every American of any brains at all should have grasped the vital and Imperative necessity of giving Russia American aid AT ONCE. The American commission to Russia has not yet sailed, It will not reach Russia until at least two months and a half—perhaps three months—after, the overthrow of the czar.
