League for Woman's Defense as an organization, a gew signed as indf-viduals. The chapter will .provide and knit outfits for four soldiere cn a submarine. The members will co-operate in collecting paper to be sold for the benefit of the Xational League for Woman’s Service. During the afternoon some of the ladies sewed on baby clothes for the hospital, others worked on pieces for a quilt.A supper of sandwiches, coffee and cake was served by this committee: Miss Mary K.
