Army l*Ic. Rolland S. Roup, 22, has became a member ol Ihe “Green Berets” following Ins completion of Special Forces training at Ft. Bragg, N C.The son or Mr. and Mrs. Rolland R. Soup, 905 Story Place, Alhambra, he received several months of training in guerrilla tactics and counterinsurgcn-cy. He also received instruction in the methods of teaching modern medicine, improved agricultural practices, techniques of local government, communications, and basic commerce to native villagers.
