Dalton of theHuntington FBI office today announced the arrest in Charleston of Edgar Robert Loring, 20, on a charge of illegally claiming citizenship in the United States.Dalton said that Loring, a native of Germany, had entered theU. S. in 1930 and had registered as a German alien on Feb. 28, 1942.
