son.COMMENCEMENTOf the Hanover Coloied School Friday Evening:, May 22The first annual commencement of the Hanover Colored School will be held at the A. M. E. Church, in Hanover, Friday evening, May 22, at 8 P. M. The members of the graduating class are:William Buckner,Meda Hackney,Lawrence Buckner.The success of this class is due to the untiring efforts of their teacher, Mr. George Guess, who is the first and only teacher that has ever had a graduating class of this school to enter the High School. The patrons and school officials commend his work.
