This siren and the reports from the aerial I mm libs were the principal noise-maker* in the downtown area as the big new* uas greeted here.-lust as President Truman proclaimed victory -in-Europe day this morning, aerial bombs began exploding at the municipal parking lot on South Market street, a project of the American Legion post.
