TOTAL FOR 1910-1920 WILL RlNEARLY TWENTY MILLION DOLLAR8.OUTGO WILL EXCEED INCOMEOther Methods of Raising Revenue Must Re Found Since Orem Shop Licensee Were Cut C/Tf Mosby Needs Money,Jeffercon City.Tbe general appropriation bill, carrying budgets aggregating $3,729,840,from the revenue fund for the maintenance of the miscellaneous departments. for relief claims and all special allowances, has been introduced into the house by Representative Filesof tbe house appropriations committee.It will increase the total of appropriations from the revenue to $19,292,210, which is approximately $2,000,000 in ■rretft of the expected revenues for 1$19 and 1920, when dram shop fees are to be cut off. and the additional revenues from Governor Gardner’srevenue bills are added in.Here are the amounts carried by the various appropriation bills, all of which have passed the house except the general bill: Pay to civil officers, $1,232,-300; educational institutions, $3,487,-867; eleemosynary and penal institutions, $3,326,747; public schools, $6,~ 166,666; deficiencies, $813,000; assessing and collecting revenues, $500,000; refund to capltol fund, $20,000; improving capltol grounds, $26,000; general appropriations, $3,729,840;; total, *19,292,210. •
