From India comes word of Henry Hajek of Palatine.‘‘There are many different kinds of people here in India, though they are mostly Hindus or Mohammedans. A couple of weeks ago the Hindus celebrated Christmas. Most of them quit work for the day. They got some colored water and splashed it all over themselves. The water was all different colors. They then sang and danced.“They wear very few clothes here in India, most of them just vvraDping a towel around themselves.
